We also collect location data while you use the app — including real-time GPS coordinates during an active ride — to connect passengers with nearby drivers and provide turn-by-turn navigation. Usage data such as ride history, device identifiers, and app analytics may also be collected to improve our service.
Your information is used to operate and improve KEKE RIDE, including matching passengers with drivers, processing payments, detecting fraud, sending ride notifications, and providing customer support. We may also use aggregated, anonymised data for internal analytics. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
KEKE RIDE requires access to your device location to function. For passengers, location is used to find nearby drivers and track your ride in real time. For drivers, location is continuously shared with the platform while you are online so we can dispatch ride requests to you. Location sharing stops when you go offline or close the app.
We share limited personal data with other users only as necessary for a ride — for example, a passenger's pick-up area is shared with a matched driver, and a driver's name and vehicle details are shared with a passenger during an active ride. We may share data with service providers who help us operate our platform (e.g., cloud hosting, payment processors) under strict confidentiality agreements.
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Ride history and payment records are kept for a minimum of five years to comply with financial regulations. You may request deletion of your account and personal data at any time by contacting info@keke-ride.com.
We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted data transmission (TLS), hashed credentials, and access controls to protect your data. While we strive to protect your personal information, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
KEKE RIDE is intended for users aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 18. If we become aware that a child has provided us with personal data, we will delete it promptly.
